That is is very close to what I sent in, only four photos, and I didn't bother with any emails as they do not provide proof of havning met within the past two years, no issues.... approved and heading towards the embassy. And the intent letters were typed including the date and of course signatures in ink.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to know about the dates.

VJ opinions don't matter..

the persons that look at our forms do..

You should get the post of the year award for that comment. !!!

Too many VJ'ers have this "It worked for me, must be ok for everyone else too" mentality !!

Bottom Line: Check the appropriate COUNTRY FORUM for peculiarities that apply to your country !!

General information on forms and such is ok from anyone, HOWEVER, someone from the Philippines doesn't know diddly-squat about the requirements in Viet Nam, Germany, and vice versa! Check with those that have experience with the COUNTRY of your fiancé/e.

I almost screwed up my petition after listening to evidence advice by those applying at the rubber-stamp consulates, Thank God that JimVaPhuong and some of the other Viet Nam experts set me straight before I hit the HCMC iceberg.

Actually too many VJ newbies ask country-specific questions here in the general forum .....AND......too many VJ "vets" try to answer those questions rather than just directing the newbie to the country specific forum...

What I try to do is tell the person that they are asking a country-specific question and then send a note to the Mods to have the post moved to the regional forum. More help can be made by doing the same.

And if you don't know how to message the Mods, just click the Report button located to the lower left of this sentence.

i think photos with each other is proof enough.. :)

i send pics of my better half and i in pictures together from her two trips to texas and my one trip to Venezuela.. AND made sure we added photos of us with each others family..

that with the boarding pass, passports with stamps.. was what we sent in.. *fingers crossed*

Actually, pictures is NOT proof enough. In fact, it is absolutely insufficient. It is nice and considered secondary evidence. You absolutely have to provide proof in the form of passport stamps and ticket itineraries/stubs. This IS enough accompanied by couple of pics.

Not sure if you are implying that photos are enough to show "meeting in past two years", because they are not.

You do follow up at the end saying you did send boarding passé's and passport stamps. Just want to clarify for the OP that is these type of documents (passports stamps, boarding p's) that are essential for showing "meeting in past two years" and should be included in the petition package.

I could start a thread of the same name...in any case, I am going to visit my fiancee for the 6th time now- we already have pics together, hotel receipts in both names and well, not a whole lot more from what I've read, so please tell me what things we can do when we are together to provide proof of having met and any suggestions for what to put in the letter(s) of intent would be appreciated. Thank you.

I can't seem to find that particular letter of intent, though I found a sample word doc one in VJ- maybe yours? In any case, her English is very limited, so the one I did find I don't think would be valid for her. I see that you are in the beginning steps of your I-129F, but I would definitely appreciate your thoughts/insights gained as my fiancee is Venezuelan as well. Thanks.

well.. since our better half's are from same country..

here you go.. the guide has all the samples you need..

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

ps.. she just needs to sign it..

i made two copies.. one addressed from me.. and made rossana's.. she was here with me in texas and just signed it..

you can compose the information.. and then email it to her.. she signs it and mails it back with original signature and dated :)
