Unless I have missed something - they are requesting you to provide specific information. Follow the request to the dot and you will be fine. You are lucky to know what they want; lots better that being in AP.

Collate the info requested and send it in. How come you have such a long list of missing information??

You need to summıt the Bırth certıfıcate affıdavıd. When you have the document, send your passport the 221 g and the document to embassy. You wıll be fıne and as another member saıd you are not ın AP lıke my husband. Good Luck

I already submitted my Birth certificate Affidavit on 09th of Feb and still no answer. I am so worried. Please pray for me.

Embassy only asked for birth certificate affidavit nothing else.

There is absolutely no way of telling how long AP lasts as there are so many variables and each case is unique. Your case seems fairly straightforward as they only require 1 thing from you - your birth certificate affidavit. They most likely need to do some checking into it and perhaps maybe even doing some background checks too, so all you can do is be patient. It sucks I know, especially after how long you've been waiting leading up to the interview. Try not to worry yourself so much as I believe it seems as you are one of the luckier ones and will most likely get an approval soon if everything checks out ok. Some of us weren't so lucky - we're in a 6 - 12 month limbo hell right now as our petition slowly makes its way back to USCIS and then more waiting time after that.

Breathe deeply and stay focused and try to remain calm and patient. It will all be worth it in the end. I'm sorry I don't have anything more definitive to offer you here. Best of luck!

OK, did you call the Department of State? They should be able to give you your case status: AP or AR or visa issued... You should probably give it a try.

dont worry,you will soon receive your passport with the visa stamp!it will take minimum 10 days for them to process it,you will receive a sms with the courier details once they dispatch the same.Give them some time,pls dont follow via email or phone.
