How should I reply to RFE's for K1 & K2 ?

If you read below you will see the RFE's that my wife and daughter received. We received two individual letters (RFE's), one adressed to my wife and one adressed to our daughter. They both are requested to send the same evidence.

Our question is; should we mail individual responses, or send one response package with two separate sections containing the evidence, with individual cover letters etc.? Basically, should we respond to each under separate cover or is one package OK/correct?

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!

Well, received notification on 2/8 that we have an RFE. Received hardcopy this afternoon. Was wondering if anyone has had same issues/requests in the past. Any advice on what you did would be appreciated.

A little background; Filed AOS in September, which was transferred to CSC in early October. RFE's received, same issue for both Wife and Daughter (K1 & K2).

Issue #1: Requested a copy of my divorce decree. This is not a problem, actually have several "certified copies" lying around, but was wondering why. Don't remember any instructions or suggestions that this should be included in the AOS submission. Of course, the I-129F packet submitted had a copy, and a copy was given to the USEM at the interview. Also, now legally married (of course) and copy of marriage cert. was in AOS packet. So....why would they ask for a copy of DD?

Issue #2: And this really has the little lady soooooo PI$$ED off!! The USCIS/DHS lost the medical packet that was given to DHS at the POE. How do you do that?? After all the warnings about not opening, nor losing, the packet....and they lose it!!!. Needless to say, this is a fairly easy fix, but there better not be any government employees nearby if the wife has to have vaccinations again. What's strange about this is we know two other couples that filed AOS same time frame as us, were transferred to CSC about the same time as us, and they got RFE's as well that the medical packet was lost...go figure!

Well, sorry for the rant. I know we have a pretty easy fix for these. But was hoping someone that has had similar RFE's might give some advice or comments.

Thanks!

I believe you should send them separately for your own good. If you send together, then put them in 2 different envelopes inside the mail. Remember to include the colorful RFE notices inside each envelope. Good luck.

I guess I should read the letters again, but do we have to send the original RFE notices (the blue sheets) or are copies OK and I keep the originals?

Thanks for the help.
