Once your case is with NVC and you have made a payment... you will get a receipt from NVC and it will tell you to use a cover sheet for submitting your documents.

For which you need to login to = http://ceac.state.gov/iv/

use your invoice number/case number etc and when you login.. You will have option to print your document cover sheet or email your document cover sheet.

You will receive a pdf via email which will have the barcode pertaining to your case number and the beneficiary's name. When you submit documents to

NVC you need print this and send it to them with your documents. This makes their life easier I think.

So this is the cover sheet.

I still confused . As I read in USCIS site , when we file cocurrent I-130 and I-485 all forms and supporting documents will be file at Chicago lockbox . So if we submit all paperwork at Chicago lockbox then what about NVC payment . Plz reply .
