I have just applied for marriage license , i am k-1 visa holder..

i have a question that i m moved to new address with my fiancee from the address we mention in the visa process. so how we can apply for address change?

for marriage license we gave them our new address..is that going to be a problem? in their record?

may we can wait until we get license and get married..

and we will change our ADdress when we will apply for AOS? will it be ok?

The immigrant needs to file the AR-11 form, which can be done on-line, to inform the USCIS of the new address within 10 days of moving--go here. This must be done until the immigrant becomes a US citizen or leaves the US. When you apply for AOS and the USC files the I-864 form, then the USC sponsor must notify the USCIS of their change of addres using the I-865 form.

The rules are that you must file the AR-11 within 10 days. It is very easy to do on-line.

Good luck,

Dave
