Hello,

So I converted our Skype Log to a document and there are 331 pages from October last month alone.

Do I really need to print all that out and send it with my I-129F?

I must add that I have a lot of photos, proof of two visits, boarding passes, passport stamps, text message bills, and long distance bills.

Thank You for your help :)

i sent one page from each month for 12 pages.. just as a sample.. for the year we were chatting on skype..

they might just deny for sending 331 pages esp if the worker was in a very foul mood..

so a sample of your logs with the other stuff should be just fine :)

i also sent in the same stuff that you have..

you only have to prove that you have met when filing the I-129F but if you insist on sending skype logs then just include a couple of pages showing dates more recent than your visits. i included 1 page from the skype log and 1 screenshot of skype showing a date from the skype log... and i highlighted the matching dates

honestly though... i think even that was too much so concentrate on real proof of having met and forget about skype logs until your interview

When highlighted, it sometimes looks awful after it's copied/printed.

I highlighted it on the left side of the text, avoiding the text itself (the relevant dates on ATM receipts).

Agreed. Some 300 pages is way over kill. We only sent in about 2-3 pages. At her interview she had about 19 and the CO only wanted to see one.Everyone is different but you need to give them want they want, not what you think they will need.

I didn't submit a single skype page with my 129F application and I got approved. Now, going into the interview I am printing all 6,000 pages (double-sided) and compiling them in 5 separate 6-inch binders for my fiance to take with her. So my 100 pound fiance is taking in 50 pounds worth of supporting documentation... I LOVE IT!

I don't think they're trying to open a library...

WOW! Thank You - I thought I have to submit it - I don't insist.

I had no idea we will need it for the interview - is there a list of what is needed for the interview? I'm like you know not there yet.

I assume the list will be provided in the notice of action?

Thank You again for your help.

In the Embassy my fiancee is in right now as a matter of fact, people only take 1 page of email or skype print from each week or even less and get approved. They will not be impressed by 50 pounds of paper. The interviewer/CO will rely on your fiancee's answers and tone of conversation with a balance of other information. You might could lighten the poor girls load up by at least 90% to make her not feel so much like a pack mule, unless there is something special about the Embassy where she will interview at.

Sending skype logs with your I-129f is a waste of trees and time, the only evidence you need with the I-129f is proof of meeting within the past two years. Evidence of an ongoing relationship is for the interview. Keep the ducks quacking in a row...

For the interview I am printing one page for each month also, a sampling... not a novel.

when i submitted my packet to the csc i included evidence of my many trips there, letters and communication between my fiance and my family (10ish pages) text history (2-3 pages), pictures, proof of gifts, google voice call records from only a few months, and proof of exchanged funds (from me to him only). my case is still in review so i cant say for certain that this was the only documentation they needed... but i did have a laywer prepare my packet with me. i had THOUSANDS of pages of emails, facebook chats, skype logs, msn chats, etc. We didnt submit a songle conversation log of any means to the csc. I am praying that i dont get an RFE but my lawyer (whos advice at this point regarding other issues is questionable) advised me that we should be fine with all of our other proof without submitting any of our conversations. like i said we have yet to even have a touch on our packet yet but the impression i have received is that there will be no issue without submitting any of that. i obviously am not recommending you omit it entirely but in my specific case i felt comfortable with the evidence we had to leave out the conversations entirely. we WILL be bringing samples to the interview when we get to that step.

NOBODY is going to look at that. Your fiancee is just carrying around a lot of stuff for nothing. Read what the rest of the people are doing. Sorry man, but this is just crazy.
