New way of paying fee?

Hey everyone,

My mother in laws paper work arrived at the NVC and we emailed them about the choice of agent and they accepted it as us. They than sent me a email about paying the I864 fee and visa fee online. I paid the I864 fee three weeks ago and when i call NVC it still says that they have generated the I-864 fee bill and I should receive it within the next few weeks. Does it normally take this long to update?

I-130 was approved in 113 days.

2006-09-06 Wife sent 3032 email

2006-09-11 choice of agent excepted

2006-09-13 Aos bill prossesed

2006-09-18 I-864 generated

2006-09-18 I-864 sent using self generated forms

2006-09-19 I-864 recived by NVC

2006-09-22 IV bill arrived
