I included all three years of tax transcripts (last one just happened to have my wife's name and SSN on it as we filed joint and then filed for AOS--not necessary BTW), a new letter from my employer showing my new position and new salary, and a couple of pay stubs. I get paid every two weeks so I included only the latest two. Include anything asset wise that shows comingling--i.e. car tile, health insurance, employer benefits are teh items we included. I also did not mention assets and at the interview the IO said that the i-864 was in good shape as was the i-693.

Then she began asking all the questions on the I-485 form like...what is your name? What is your mother's name? Where were you born? DOB? and then the Have you ever... questions that are on the form. After looking at the original marriage certificate I brought, she kept another copy which I had also brought. Done. Took about 20 minutes.

As long as you provide enough evidence of income, being married, and the start of merging your lives, you should be good to go.

Congrats to you for gettng to this stage,

Dave

1) You can send in 3 years tax transcripts, I only sent in the most recent year (2010).

2) Letter from employer stating job title, salary and how long spouse has been working for the company/firm/organization.

3) Pay stubs - I think I put in 6 months.

This is what I included and have been approved without RFE.
