The thing is, I called them and they told me that copies were sufficient. Also, I am trying to get a heads up on everything since post takes about 2 - 3 weeks to get here from Russia.

So, I think I'll update everything that she would have to sign (G325 and Letter of Intent), and I'll have her send it to me just in case (so we can cut down on the waiting time).

On the Letter of Intent, should I use my mailing or permanent address (they're different). USCIS has my mailing address in their master records.

Send it DHL, 2-3 days, not weeks. its worth a few bucks to shave off 3 weeks.

What about the date of the G325 and the Letter of Intent? Will they care if it's dated for any time between the RFE and me receiving the RFE?

No

Wait until you get the RFE and respond to it with what they ask for.

Just to be safe, I had my fiancee print and sign an updated Letter of Intent and G325. She's going to send it normal Russian Post, and it only costs about $12.00 (a small price to pay for insurance). If it only took the standard 3 business days to mail something here, I wouldn't have worried about it. However, I have mailed a lot of things to Russia. It has taken usually between 10 - 60 days, depending on the postage (Priority Flat Rate = 60 days | Express Mail = 10 - 14 days).

Other than those documents, I can assume probably only one or two other things that may be throwing them off. It could be the fact that both of us had to change our address during this process (I did it two times). Or, it could be because of my legal background, which didn't apply to the I-129F's list of crimes...

Did you send them the AR? Form indicating change of addresses?

I called and they updated the address over the phone. One agent told me I had to submit the form as well. I submitted the form online. Then, I got an e-mail stating that the address was already updated, and that I didn't need to do the AR-11. Then, I called again, and one agent told me that I didn't need to do it, because it's not legally required for U.S. Citizens...

Therein is why one can not rely on any advice from USCIS, like no original signatures on the letters. Follow the VJ Guides and all will be fine. They contain the collective positive experiences of many who have gone through the process before us.

Either way, I did everything I should have for the change of address. I had to update my fiancee's address, but I couldn't use the AR-11 b/c she's not the petitioner and doesn't live in the US. I have already received a confirmation of that from VSC.

Also, Nastya just sent me those document today via Russian Post - They should be here in two weeks. Anything else they'll require will be on my end.
