I129f is nearing completion and almost ready to put in order and send out to Texas.

Should m fiancé front load with evidence of ongoing relationship or not? I know it isn't required, but since Im from Canada and have never taken an airplane ... I always drive to see him... The only proof we've been together in past two years is...

Obviously the birth of our child which was in tHe is.

Ez pass transcripts of me driving to and from his city in the us

A couple of photos of us together ... Like maybe three of them..

Also have plane tickets from when we took a vacation together... Hopefully I can find it!!

Could I include my daughters vaccination records? Since her doctor is in the us and I always traveled there for that??

Yes you could include the daughters vac records.

You don't have to front load for Canada but you certainly can if you want.

Ok perfect I will include photocopy of her records... Not going to send proof of ongoing relationship, I think I will have enough proof we've been together.. If we get an RFE then I will send it out along with more proof we've seen each other

For my proof of ongoing relationship.. I may have encountered a problem..., my fiancé in the us has my computer and we communicate all the time via magicjack.. Now I made the magicjack a local number for me here so there is no long distance charges, I've had this phone and records of calling it everyday for over a year..

How can I prove I'm calling my fiancé at this number???

Front loading may have some benefit at some consulates, Canada not known to be one of them.

That said, if it makes you feel better, there is no penalty for doing it. Just remember to bring that stuff to the interview also.

i'm not sure about this - we just used vonage to call each other.

we used things like e-cards / snail mail / emails / printed out MSN chats the vonage records, Movie ticket stubs from the theater near him photos, vacation itinerarys, tickets, photos.

screen shots of our online game we played with our characters - facebook msgs to-from each other also from family to him congratulating the engagement.

you can use just about anything as proof.

I still have a long time to figure this out but if worst comes to worst I'll give my home phone records and print out the call logs from the magic jack... Even if it is not accepted as evidence to the magic jack number I also call long distance to his cell phone everyday if I can't get ahold of him on the magic jack... And have more than enough recorded evidence of calling his cell phone to be sufficient... Also will include Skype logs and I'll start taking screenshots of us on Skype for more evidence... Also could use Facebook messages... But he usually types in Spanish and then I guess I'd have to get a translator and all that fun stuff...

The question you should ask yourself is - how do those logs provide the required evidence of having met within the past two years(?), after all that is what you need to prove for the I-129f. Providing those logs with the I-129f is not only a was of time for getting your petition approved its a waste of a tree.

Later at the embassy is where those will come in handy.

Depends on the Country !

Yes, Canada doesn't need them of course, but front loading is essential for others. Yes, the OP is from Canada, but some of our newer folks might read your answer and think it applies to them also (which it may or may not).

I think the key is the items which show a real relationship and ongoing.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
