Good day friends here in VJ. I already arrived in US under K3 but if I may ask for your help kindly educate me about the next step after arriving here. I don't have any idea what to do neither my husband. We don't know if we are going to file right away for the AOS. Please help us, I read all the K3 flow chart but I wanted more information coming also from friends here in VJ who undergone this process. Thank you very much for your kind help. (F):)(L)

When arriving in the US on a K3 visa, your non-immigrant status is valid for two years (from date of entry). During that two year period, you can come and go as needed because the K3 is a multiple entry visa. Furthermore, that two year status can be extended for another two year period (indefinite extensions are probably not allowed). File for AOS when you are ready.
