When I try to email nvcresearch@state.gov, which I was told to do since apparently they don't seem to know where my Petition is, after about 3 days the email comes back bounced to me and says "undeliverable due to current administrative policy".

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas why? I'm sure the government won't tell me why. I just sent another email, and I'm sure if I call and ask if they got it they can't tell me that either.

OK well i just got an autoresponse to my latest attempt. Things I changed were I reduced the file size of the PDF attachment to less than 1mb, I kept the subject line with my receipt number, and I reduced the content of my message from 1 paragraph explaining why I'm sending and including my return email address to just have 1 sentence saying see attachment (and of course the attachment is my noa2 approval front and back)
