Sorry for the big mess I did earlier trying to post this topic.

Thank you to the persons who already answered me previously in the other post. Thank you to the persons who helped me to deleted the previous posts. I'm not use to write in forums. :bonk:

Sorry also, if there is already a post about that. I did researches but didn't find anything. Like I said I'm not good on internet...

I will be filing for I-751 at the beginning of March. I had been travelling back and forth to Quebec, Canada to visit and help my family. My mom is paralyzed due to a stroke since 2006. She also suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. My father takes care of her alone at their home. My dad is 72 years old. It is starting to be really hard on him. Plus, in August 2011, he suffered a brain hemorrhage. He lost a part of his peripheral vision. He could not drive his car and he could not take care of my mom for several months.

I have also my 2 daughters who still both live in Quebec and a cute grand-son.

My husband came to visit me and my family when I was there 2 times.

I made a letter listing all the dates I had been in Canada, also stating about the situation of my parents.

Could it be an issue for them?

Here are the dates and time I had been gone:

The dates I have been in Canada are:

06/08/2010 to 06/27/2010

08/10/2010 to 10/27/2010 Celebration of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my parents and birth of my first grand child on August 17th.

12/05/2010 to 01/11/2011

04/10/2011 to 06/07/2011

07/19/2011 to 08/24/2011 1st year anniversary of my grand-son

10/03/2011 to 01/10/2012 My father suffered a brain hemorrhage in August.

Also I wonder if I have enough evidences since we didn't have a lease agreement on our both names neither joint accounts since 2 years and any utilities' bills. We do have now joint accounts. I am not working and my husband supports me...

Here are the evidences, we will submit:

Copies of the passports and green cards of Johanne

Copies of the Driver License of Johanne

Copies of our bank statements of our joint bank accounts.

Copies of our 2010 and 2011 joint US tax return.

A copy of the paper of the transportation of Johanne’s horse from Quebec, Canada to Texas.

A copy of the letter for the renewal of horse liability insurance for Johanne’s plus a copy of the receipt of the money orders.

Statement showing Johanne as dependent and beneficiary of insurance.

Copies of car insurance notices.

A copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

Copies of our visa card statement showing a joint accounts.

A copy of our airline reservations for a vacation that we have planned in July 2010 to Turks and Caicos Islands with Johanne ‘s daughter and her boyfriend. (Boarding passes and pictures included)

A copy of our airline reservations for a vacation that we have planned in August- September 2011 to Turks and Caicos Islands. (Boarding passes and pictures included)

A copy of our airline reservations to go to Dallas for the wedding of my husband's brother, in March 2011, including the hotel reservation and a copy of the invitation. (Boarding passes and pictures included)

A copy of our Hotel reservation for a vacation that we have planned in April 2010 to Palo Duro Canyon, TX. (Pictures included)

Pictures of our trip to Palo Duro Canyon, TX on February 24th 2011.

Pictures of our visit to Silas’s grand-son in Post, Texas on March 11, 2011.

Hope this will be enough considering I had been out USA several times.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Happy Valentine's day to everyone!

Johanne

No problem with the travel. We go there more often than that. It is just a few minutes away and Montreal is one hour by car. :P

Thank you so much Gary and Alla.

Unfortunately we live a lot further than that from Montreal..It would be so much easier to live closer...but we wouldn't have the same weather that what we have now in Texas, it should be 68 F tomorrow

Hi

I have read that a lot of you guys sent 2 years of Bank's statements. We don't have 2 years. We just have few months.

Do you think it could be a problem?

I'm sending the papers when I moved my horse here last year. I'm hoping it's a good evidence. I will get 2 affidavits one from a couple of our friends and one from our bank assistant manager, she knows us well. I had a bank account before moving here and she knows me since almost 3 years.

I am worried because I had to travel so much for my family and I expect to have to travel again this year...until my dad decides to put my mom in a rest home.

Thank you

Johanne
