Received the same information with the NOA1 from USCIS but was greatly relieved to find it was common. My assumption is that it is done on purpose with a desire to have one call them. It may be to verify the address, ask extended questions to assertain the validity of the process and to record voice trends. Hopefully, it won't delay the process in any way
