Hi guys, I've been reading stuff in this forum for a while and today finally decided to join. I filed my I-751 on March 22 and still waiting, what is taking VSC so long, looking at previous posts most of the people that applied at CSC have been approved, which I'm really happy for, but getting extremely nervous with this long waiting process ...

Not yet, but I believe we are going to hear from them soon. They are currently processing February filers!

Hey , my BIO date was April 24, 2012 and NOA was March 26, 2012.... I'm just getting nervous with this waiting forever process, wish best of luck to everybody

Hi guys, for those waiting, not to put a downer on it, but I would recommend patience. I'm from Jan 24th and still haven't heard anything. Logging onto the USCIS website and checking my case status is something I do multiple times a day but no news yet and I can't call because by date is after the Jan 16th date on their website. I would like to at least get an RFE so that I can respond. Hearing something is better than nothing. Good luck all but do be patient and hopefully you don't drive you self mad like I have

Do you guys have a feeling that VSC approving speed is getting even slower these couple of days?! This week, less Feb. filers were approved and no single Mar. filer has been approved. I am speechless...

Hey guys, so shortly after my impatient "When will they ever mail us back!!" post, we actually got a request for evidence. -- They think that we are missing a W2 from some year's taxes. SIGH.

I put off responding (Due Nov 30th - I'd better get on that) because I was going to be out of the country for work for 5 weeks and didn't want any interviews to be scheduled while I was gone.

Now I'm back and we are planning to send them a whole packet of tax data - the returns, the W2s, the tax transcripts (they weren't available for the most current year when we filed) etc.

Kinda ticked off, because I'm sure that we included it all, but I didn't copy every single thing we sent, so I can't be sure. Anyway, I will update with a date (it must have been in August?) sometime later....

That's it? The RFE specifically asked for W-2s? None of the usual vague language generic language listing a wide variety of additional things you need to submit to make them happy? I am surprised because plenty of people who sent in 1040 copies without W-2s seem to have been approved without an RFE. So, I thought that unless they wanted more stuff than just W-2s they would have approved you. Sorry to hear.

According to the February filers roster Vermont has processed 16 of 29 applicants (55%) , so maybe VSC will progress to March filers pretty soon. Hopefully the approaching holiday season will not slow them even further! May your remaining journey be expedient and RFE free!

HI EVERYONE WHO READ THIS..

WE ENDED UP SEND OUR PACKAGE TO THE USCIS AND THEY RECEIVED IT 10/31/2012 AND ON SUNDAY MORNING WE GOT OUR MAIL FROM SATURDAY AND INSIDE WAS OUR APPROVAL LETTER DATED NOVEMBER 7TH 2012.

Folks, just read a Feb. filer post, he said he called vsc and was told the office is currently wrapping up Jan. applications and it appears we won't be able to hear anything within the following couple of weeks or so..

Hi, guys. Just decided to register and let Vermont fillers know that USCIS is rewieving March fillers now. Cause I am March filler. NOA dated March 23, Vermont Seervice Center. On Friday, November 16 i got an email and msg stating that USCIS ordered production of my resident card. So finally they started to work on March fillers. Good luck)
