Out of curious...When are we eligible to apply for citizenship (naturalization)...Whether our 2 yr Conditional GC pd will be taken into consideration?

That long, huh?? And here I was thinking we would be done by the end of summer

Yeah, you should be all set by the end of summer as you are with CSC. We have a completely different story with VSC

As a VSC filer, if our cases are managed to be processed before the year ends, I'm happy!

I've seen CSC slowing down a bit though, sigh.

Also, anyone have luck with checking case status online? My EAC number doesn't come up.

KnJ - did you enter the EAC number that is on your biometric letter?

How is everyone doing? I recently did a change of address with USCIS by doing the following: the 2 steps online change of address for me & the I865 form for the USC (this one was mailed out). In about 10 days I have received a confirmation in the mail for my change of address (I'm still waiting for my husband's, he is the USC).Today, for my own piece of mind I called USCIS as well to confirm the address change. If you guys do this, I strongly encourage you to ask the USCIS operator to transfer you to an immigration officer; he is the only one who would be able to confirm the new address.

So, I guess I've done my part in regards to address changes. Now, let's get back to the waiting game... It looks like VSC has recently started digging into the September applications...

Checking in, everyone.. I too had my Bio on 4/27.. did anyone get any updates after their Bio? I've heard nothing and am a bit concerned.. but by the looks of the timelines in the thread, I'm not alone. lol

CSC is on December and January at the moment, if you're CSC it will be another month for sure
