Andrelle, I am a May CSC filer whose closest ASC is Oakland. I am now suffering the same thing you went through. No bio appt letter at all while other filers seem to have got theirs. Looks like Oakland is in high demand

I received my biometrics appointment letter today for May 23, 2012

I got my letter a month after we've submitted the packet. Your schedule for biometrics might be in July and you'll get it in June. We went to our biometrics appointment and we didn't have a hard time. They were very efficient. We got there super early. I was scheduled for 11 am and we got there at 7:30. We thought it's better we get there early but of course they were still closed at that time coz they open at 8 am. I think it only took us less than 20 minutes for the whole process. i didn't ask them if they accept walk-ins but you could try. Good luck to all of us

just wanna share a good news today =) so i checked the mail and i saw a letter from the USCIS ithought its just another letter from USCIS like a 2nd letter after the NOA1 like starting WAC something so i can checked my case status but i was surprised its say...

Congratulation!!! Your request for the removal of the condition basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your

original admission or adjustment of status.

You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551 (green card) , within 60 days. Your card will include a mailer, Form I-797D, with important information about your status, responsibilities and permanent resident service available to you.

Yay!!!thank god for the fast approval =) i sent my package march 16 and they approved it may 22, 2012 =) im so relieve =) hoping to get the green card in the mail soon
