Timeline

Ok so within the next 2 weeks ill be heading out to mexico with my daughter to see our hubby and go to his interview. Im soooooo excited and nervous. I’m hoping and praying that they approve it so my daughter and I can finally be together with her daddy as a family. So I have the list of the things that I’m taking. Is there any thing that I’m missing???

Invite from CDJ - 4 Copies

Appointment letter- 4 copies

MRV Receipt - 4 copies

DS156- 3 Copies

DS156K- 3 Copies

DS260- 3 Copies

2 passport photos of my fiancée

Fiancée’s Birth certificate- original and 2 copies with translation

Mine Birth certificate- original and 2 copies

Our Daughter’s certificate - original and 2 copies

Intent to marry letter

I-134 for me -2 copies

Letter from my work - 2 copies

A months worth of pay stubs

Taxes from 2010 -2 copies

You should be fine. my fiance was just asked for 4 things!!!

ds 260 confirmation page

2 copies of d-156k originals signed by me

1 copy of his d-156k that he signed in frnt of the officer

and his 2 passport photos

I had him bring a ton of documents but they just asked him for those papers, looked them over and asked him if his DHL selection was still good for him.

Hope you have the same experience :)

Ya'll can avoid staying in mexico longer than you have to by selecting the dhl in juarez for your visa delivery because it usually takes only 3 days to get there. best of luck
