Our K-1 Fiance visa was approved on Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so excited, and wanted to thank all yall who have helped answer my (many) questions ever since last August! Thank you so much!!

Yall who are waiting/about to have interview-hang in there!!

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

CONGRATULATIONS from one Mexico member to the next!! :thumbs: How soon were interviews available when you attempted to schedule yours? My fiance and I are going to finish the DS-260 tonight and we want to schedule the interview. Can we do it immediately after completing the DS-260? I also would like to know if you are the petitioner did you have to give your finacee the orginal copy of your birth certificate/passport or was a copy fine?
