OVERSEAS PETITIONS ARE NOT GETTING APPROVED IN 30DAYS! JUST A LIE!

In life, things do get a little WEIRD. Especially here. OP, wondering if you have considered every option, including the limitations of the USCIS? To claim them to be liars, seems a little harsh.

How is your case in relation to others?

Peace.

Just in case no one else has mentioned it -

Call back into USCIS, get an ISO, a Tier 2 Human then

go over the location/address thing, mention the faster queue for filing abroad,

and ask if the ISO can do anything to assist you getting in that OTHER queue.

Good Luck !

Thanks and yes Ryan told me so but to ask for an expedited petition

I would highly recommend making the inquiry Darnell suggested first before requesting an expedite, you may have better results following what he said.

I called the USCIS and they were so mean to me. I told them about the address mistake and the faster queue for filing abroad and the TIER II agent was very rude he told me that such thing doesn't exist and that he wont do my request for and expedited petition because they don't do that and that I need to wait my 5 months like everyone else and I told him to transfer me to someone else and to give me his name and he wouldnt and he told me to shut up. I called again and someone else told me the same thing except they weren't as rude as that guy. I don't know im really depressed right now. Thanks either way for your help

wow

Perhaps the approach was wrong.

I suggest ONE MORE ATTEMPT.

something like this:

1. call in, Get a Tier 2 Human, an ISO.

2. mention to them that the addresses on YOU are incorrect, and that you'd like them corrected in real time, without working on any AR-11 form. Suggest to the ISO that you can submit an updated I-130 and updated G-325A on you, via email or fax.

3. 'do the process' to correct the addresses (this could take 1 to 3 weeks) then

4. call back to verify the changes.

But - don't do this today.

Do it tomorrow. Give yerself a day to regroup, have another think.

Thanks but I am just going to leave it at that. I shoul have never gotten way to excited about this but I'll wait. and I doubt that the approach was wrong. I was polite and they wouldn't even change my address. They said their system can't change the address to one that is overseas.

well, 2nd round would be to submit a new I-130, (with a new fee) after receiving a NOA-1 notice. Include a cancellation request with the casenumber in a coverletter.

I understood the same thing that I had to use a US address on the I-130. So I did. They don't make it easy!

They really don't but everything is in God's hand. I just pray for the best.

I'm sorry I don't understand what your telling me? I never said that the USCIS gave me wrong information; a VJ member did that. But I blame no one. I take full responsibility.
