You cannot bring them.

They have to apply for a tourist visa by themselves. Your parents can start by looking at the US embassy website for their country of residence and looking on there for how to apply for their own tourist visas.

Moving to the tourist visa forum

oh ok ! thank you. so can i bring them to visit if im a U.S citizen?

No. Your parents must apply for tourist visas on their own. You are not part of the process. It doesn't matter if you are an LPR or a US citizen. A US citizen does not have the right to petition a tourist visa for anyone. No one can apply for a tourist visa for another person. The person who wants a tourist visa must apply on his/her own.

Usually worthless, as are submitting affidavits of support, etc. Strong ties to the home country, such as a decent job, political connections, owning a business, property, etc. and a substantial bank account are more important. The US assumes everyone that wants to visit the US is an intending immigrant, and the applicant must convince the US otherwise, as well as have plenty of money to spend while they are visiting the US.

How about a google search? They apply, by themselves, here. Also in Khmer.

thanks guys! also, can i bring parents to live whether im a green card holder or citizen ? how long is it suppose to take? do i have to have a house to bring them ?

You have to be a US citizen to petition for your parents. You need to have sufficient income to support them, or find a joint sponsor. They can stay with you if you want. Once your file a petition for them, it will happen fairly quickly. Unlike the K-1 process you went through, they will be eligible to receive their green cards as soon as they enter the US.

Green card holders cannot petition for a parent. Only US citizens can petition for a parent. It takes about 6-12 months for a US citizen to petition for a parent. You do not have to have a house to bring them to, but you will need to meet the I-864 Affidavit of Support requirements for them. If they are old and don't plan to work in the US, they will need to show they will not become public charges.

Start by reading the "Guides." Educate yourself a bit and come back when you have more questions.
