Hey guys,

How long does it take to get an info pass for an emergency. We had a death in the family and we really need some information. AOS has been filed but still in the process of approval. My husband really needs to get home.

You need to go on the info pass site and book it. No one here can tell you how long that takes because only you can see the available times when you book the info pass!

This is not a waiver or an AP topic - moving to work and travel during immigration.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
