Service Request? How?

My husband lives in Yemen and if you guys have heard, it's not really in the best condition.

He lives in a terrible area and I worry everyday something is gonna happen to him. My PD is august and I'm so tired of waiting.

How do I go about asking for a service request?

Not a K-1 visa question. Moving to spousal visa section.

You call USCIS and ask for an expedite - you then provide all the proof they request of you.

There are a lot of places that are " not so good " in the world but generally that does not warrant an expedite because people have lived that way for many many years and it is how it is.

You can try for an expedite but it is not likely to happen.

Also US citizens do not have a PD on their case. Only non US citizens filing have PDs on their cases because they have to wait for a visa to become available.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

ok here is how it goes when you want to talk to the customer service line here are the directions:

Here are the step to file a service request:

1.)Dial the uscis customer service number

2.)To continue in English press 1

3.)To check the status of an application press 2

4.)If you know your receipt number press 1

5.)If your receipt number starts with SRC press 1

6.)The receipt number you entered... if this is correct press 1

Information you heard is most up to date...

7.)report a problem with your case press 3

& you will be connected! make sure you have your case/file number ready.

You have reached the technical service center..
