Hello everyone,

I received notice from NVC last week, and I noticed that they made a mistake in my fiance's name. It was correct in all preceding correspondence. What should I do now? My file's probably already at the embassy. How do I find out where my file is at the moment and Who should I call to make the correction of the spelling mistake?

And, I have another question, I am filing for my fiance where I don't meet the required income to sponsor him solely because I am a student. I have a co-sponsor. My question is: when I fill out I-134 form, do I indicate I am a full-time student as a response to question 7. I am employed as or engaged in the business of_______? OR do I say unemployed there? OR I leave that blank and attach a letter stating my situation?

I appreciate your help tremendously. :)

you gotta contact the US embassy ISB usually they don't respond to any emails i'm pretty sure they will consider it and making any ratification you may also contact USCIS or DOS for it from my own prospective you have to select unemployed

since you are not working and you have to meet the requirement of co-sponsor's income depending on the numbers of depends when i went for the interview we weren't aware how much income is the requirement so i had to arrange another co-sponsor that took me almost a month and cause me delay in my Process and got 221G AP
