Received I-797C Notice of Action. Just confused.

"The Check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided....

Based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with resubmit the application with proper documentation to the address listed on the bottom of this notice.

The following documents may be provided:

Your original Form I-130... if you are filing concurrently or

Your original Form I-140... if you are filing concurrently or

Your original Form I-360... if you are filing concurrently or

A Copy of your Form I-797.. If the I--130, I-140, I-360 or I-560 petition has already been filed/approved.

Any ideas? We are filing for I-485 and all the documents we mailed to them, they sent it all back.. so confused..

We knew about the fees already after submitting that we had it incorrect but we are questioning the forms that they quoted... thanks

03/18/2009 - Touched. EAD Card production ordered
03/25/2009 - Touched. EAD approval sent
03/27/2009 - EAD card received in the mail; applied for SS# immediately (office is across the street from my home)
04/02/2009 - Received SS# in the mail
04/29/2009 - Interviewed. I- 130 approved, I-485 pending IO's review
05/05/2009 - Received NOA2. Welcome letter for Permanent Residency. I-130 and I-485 approved 04/30/2009
05/08/2009 - Touched. I-485 approval letter sent
05/11/2009 - GC received in the mail. Expires 2019
05/11/2009 - Applied to remove restrictions on my SS Card
05/18/2009 - Received unrestricted SS card

Yes, we have to resubmit again with the correct fees but what does this mean?

Nothing you sent was approved. What they are saying is if they had approved anything you would have had to the submit a copy of the NOAs with what the I-485 when you resubmitted it. However, that is not your case. Bottom line is to just resubmit everything with the proper fees.

You need to send your NOA2 from the I-129F and mark the correct box in part 2 on the application.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

What did you send them? If you are AOSing based on a K1 you must send a copy of the NOA2 from the K1 petition.
