After 6 Months you can request this Action. If after a review then you will get a reply whether that be a NOA2 or a RFE.

I tried calling many times to put in a service request and they kept telling me that they cant because they are still processing july

What would NVC do if I call them? because my case didnt go to NVC yet Its still at CSC

I'm right there with you. I feel totally, utterly hopeless. I've never been so depressed.

I feel like there's nothing to stop them from taking another six months to process it... and there'd be nothing I could do if they did. In 3 days we'll have already waited 7 months.

Imagine the people who just sent in their petitions. There is never really anything that somebody can say to make you feel better about the waiting its just an intense test of patience. All good things come to those who wait. God Bless and hope you recieve your notice soon.
