Hey So I Just Made My Appointment With The ASC To Get My Fingerprints Taken. It Automatically Set Up An Appointment For The Interview A Week After That. I'm Excited And All But I'm A Bit Worried. How Does My Fiancé In The US Set Up An Interview Appointment? Please Help

You said you already had the interview appointment automatically set up after you booked the ASC appointment. Why do you need a second appointment booked?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yes, why does your fiance in the US need to set up another appointment if you already have them set?

The thing is I have MY appointment set up. What about my fences appointment? Is It The Same Day? And Same Place?

*fiancé's

The appointment is only for the beneficiary - the person getting the visa.

There is no other appointments for anyone else - the USC has no appointment.

Oh really? So she won't even get interviewed at all? Should I have her send me the signed I-134 forms by mail?

No she wont have an interview at all.

Yes the 134 forms need to have original signatures on them so best to mail / courier them and their supporting documents to you.

Hey one more thing. On the k1 checklist it's asking me for a proof of US citizenship of the petitioner. Should I have her send me her birth certificate?

I had birth cert of the USC and a photo copy of the passport page with me.

You will prove that you are together by showing photos, phone bills, some emails from over the months/ years you have been together etc. They ill also ask you questions about the petitioner to show you know about his live, such as his job title, where he lives as a kid, name and ages of siblings etc.

Thank all

Thank all Of you =] specially inky and jay-Kay. You guys have been there for me almost like guardian angels lol well thanks again.

You are welcome :]

Juarez won't even let the USC come in with you. The beneficiary is the one applying for the visa. They are the one getting interviewed, and they will ask you questions about your relationship and might want to see photos or other evidence that shows you have a real relationship. You can read through the reviews. They are helpful. People post about where they stayed, how the medical went, what questions were asked at the interview, and how long it took to get the visa through DHL. Look for the reviews labeled "Review Topic: K1 Visa": http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Mexico&cty=&dfilter=5
