Hi again VJ members , i would like to ask about the I-130 form about the question on no 15. for those who filled for I-130 .

What should be the right answer for that coz on my understanding my present employer should be input there ( iam the beneficiary) even im not in the USA . because question no. 14 . " If your relative is in the US complete the following............, then after no. 15 . Name and address of the present employer .

I would heartly appreciate your help

I entered the present employer of my wife in Colombia, she is the beneficiary. The question asks for present employer of the beneficiary, so I think that is what you should put, irrespective of where that employer is located, since the question does not make any distinction between foreign or domestic employment.

You are welcome, I always think to just answer the question that is asked and not to over think the question. Hopefully my paperwork is clean following this rule! :thumbs:
