Need some help amswer for i-130

Hi again VJ members , i would like to ask about the I-130 form about the question on no 15. for those who filled for I-130 .

What should be the right answer for that coz on my understanding my present employer should be input there ( iam the beneficiary) even im not in the USA . because question no. 14 . " If your relative is in the US complete the following............, then after no. 15 . Name and address of the present employer .

I would heartly appreciate your help

I entered the present employer of my wife in Colombia, she is the beneficiary. The question asks for present employer of the beneficiary, so I think that is what you should put, irrespective of where that employer is located, since the question does not make any distinction between foreign or domestic employment.

You are welcome, I always think to just answer the question that is asked and not to over think the question. Hopefully my paperwork is clean following this rule!

it made me confuesed really abouth that question coz i thought 14 will be relaqted to q. 15

and beside no 14 cant get a job if your beneficiary is arrived at us as one of the category there.
