G 325A question gaps in employment history

on the g 325a. If theres small gaps in employment history does my fiancee need to list them? I don't know if its safe to attach her g 325a on here so someone can see it and tell me if it looks ok??? but for example her employment dates starting with the most recent looks like this on her g 325a right now.

Should i just state only that she was unemployed 2007 and in 2009 since she has nothing listed for those years??

Can anyone provide some insight?

Is it ok to NOT list gaps in work history (if those gaps meant being unemployed)??

OR

Are we to list even the time in between jobs (and list that as: unemployed from date to date)?

The instructions state not to leave gaps, so if someone was unemployed for a year, then list that year as unemployed instead of just skipping it. If everything does not fit on the form, you can use an attachment sheet.
