No they want a birth certificate - they cant just replace it with a copy of a passport.

Yes you still need to send W2 with tax returns, you are required to fill out and provide supporting evidence with the affidavit of support.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

First of all, caps lock. Yikes.

The POE in Atlanta took his ORIGINAL birth certificate? Why? That doesn't make sense.

You do not need to send proof that you live together. That will be necessary at the interview IF you have one. Not all K1s do.

Send all three years of your tax returns and W2s.

It is $1070 for AOS, AP, and EAD.

You'll have to go down to your DMV and see what they require to get a state driver's license.

Sure it does - it was probably in the brown package and they never asked for it back after they handed it over at the interview - as they should have.

The way the OP phrased it, it sounded like they were asked for it and handed it over at POE. I wonder what else they handed over with "all his documents" ... never give someone your originals!
