hello again dear VJ members, i am so confused what is going on with our case, last November 2011 we sent our package and the same month USCIS rejected our package because of the over payment, so on December 2011 we sent back our package with the proper amount, and on January 4th 2012 we got out noa1 and on the 6th my fiance checked his bank account and they in cash our check, now, just few mins ago i received an email from uscis that on February 6th 2012 they found out that our package was not properly filed because the check is not signed, so they rejected our package again for 2nd time around, but how come my fiance have a record that they already in cash the check and we have our noa1 already stating which service center they forwarded our case, i am so confused, can someone please enlightened me... i read that Dallas lockbox will reject those application with over payment or there is something wrong with the check or money order, if there was wrong with our check why would Dallas lockbox forward our package to CSC? and they in cash it too, but on their website it is saying they rejected it last Feb. 6th 2012? my head is really turning now my fiance said he signed the check, i don't know what is going on...

$340... we are really confused now, they in cashed the check last January 6th 2012, now they said on Feb. 6th 2012 they rejected the petition because of the unsigned check, my fiance is checking his account now and it has -$340 it means they in cashed it, why they put that on their website i'm really shaking now :(

Have your fiancee call them and tell them that it has been cashed. They are willing to help you. You just have to keep calling them. Good Luck

he didn't call yet, we just got the email from them, saying we were rejected last feb 6 but i checked the last time they touched our docs and it was feb. 10, i don't know what is going on, in my mind maybe they are wrong with putting that on their website,
