Its just about time for my Fiancee to schedule interview appointments for her and her daughter (3 years old). I've been searching VJ and the net on how exactly to go about doing this without much luck. Does anyone have a step by step guide on how to use the online system to schedule BOTH appointments in one shot? Would calling US Embassy be a better choice (albeit costlier for the call) or should I do it for them using the online system? Thanks in advance.

If you are unfamiliar with the scheduling system and don't want to make mistakes then i think you should call the embassy so that you know its a sure thing.

It is kind of hard to do a simulation of how to do it step by step without actually having a fresh number to work with.

I scheduled my fiancee through the internet using her passport number. I think the us embassy considered that the receipt number.

Being that you have K1 and K2 applicant. Maybe someone over the phone can help you do a double booking. It would only make sense.

Six! please let me know how it goes and which route you took (online or call). This has been one of the dilema that I have not quite figured out what's the best way to go about. I have been thinking calling would be best since I have not seen much info regarding online scheduling for K1 and K2. Anyways good luck and any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. I guess the ideal thing to do is call for them on their behalf which I plan on doing this week. Will just post my update in the Philippines Portal. Thanks again.

Either way will give you the same results. When I was scheduling for my interview, I tried both (call & online). First I called up those US numbers using MagicJack, since I'm not from Manila, and inquired how much would the peso equivalent for the visa fee be and how soon I could schedule an interview. After I paid the visa fee, I did it online. Actually, they will send you the same appointment schedule in your e-mail whether you did it online or by calling. Don't hesitate to call those numbers even if it's just to inquire. You'll feel at ease.
