Hello all, I received my letter from Vancouver, Canada, consulate today. The letter advises me to download Packet 3. OK. Done.

This office has received a petition entitling you to "K" nonimmigrant visa classification under the provisions of Section

101(a)(15)(K) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Please read and follow carefully the instructions below.

STEP ONE: Complete and return immediately by fax form DS-230 Part I, Biographic data This form is accessible online

http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html .

STEP TWO: Obtain each of the following documents that are applicable to your case and for each non-U.S. citizen unmarried

child under 21 who will accompany you to the United States.

Then I am to complete and fax back DS-230...

My Question: Do I complete one DS-230 for me AND one DS-230 for my child who will immigrate with me ??

The way it and the following paragraph are worded, it seems as if I only complete ONE DS-230 for ME.

thanks,

P
