I am confused

I entered us in April 2010, and i am on my 90days time of applying for i-751. Here is the thing confused me, since i came here my life is in hell. i got a baby from my marriage, abused (with 911 interference), i was in battered women shelter for 3 months, got subsidized apartment and lived for 6 month, guess what? i am living with him now. He gave me petition for divorce within 2 months after i gave birth to a beautiful baby.

The reason i reconciled is that, i do not have family here, i do not drive, i have a baby, he knew my address, knew my number. Begging me and send community leaders, friends (who were with me at the time of loss) and church leaders. This man knew how to cry, even in the court. After all these pressures i decided to reconcile and start to leave together in November 2011.

Now, after i moved my things out from my apartment and begged the building management to release me from lease, he starts to abuse me. He say bad things to me, he didn’t talk to me at all. I got a job and start working, but if i decide to leave the only place i have to be "Shelter", I also forced to leave my job because i do not drive and my baby. I am trying to make my history too short.

What do you advise me?

Additional information:

I love him i think, i also want to have a healthy and happy baby.

I am so sorry to hear your story. It is really hard to be in this situation. As you said, I think it is a good idea to have a healthy and happy baby. A kid grown in a health family, most probably will have a better life than the other. I advise you to do everything to have a health family. One thing more, get a driving license and drive, have a job. So that you can afford raising your kid as well you will not be totally dependent on your husband. Be adjust your status too. I will pray for you and God be with you
