ok so I have been reading some info and got an email from the US Embassy in Manila about the affidavit of support and the co sponsor. Basically every case is unique in it's own and they (US Embassy in Manila) handle things as a case by case depending on your circumstance and current situations if one CAN'T meet financial obligations for the beneficiary he/she may be allowed a co sponsor although they do expect the petitioner to meet the income on its self, now my question is will they allow someone to become a co sponsor if that co sponsor has already sponsored someone for immigration visa. My mom who is a US citizens by birth sponsored my auntie who is not a US citizen but a Filipino Citizen who was petitioned by my grandmother who is not a US citizen but a Filipino citizen, since my grandmother or as I call her "Lola" did not meet the income requirement she asked my mom to be the joint or co sponsor and mom agreed but now we are kinda worried that if I am allowed a co sponsor because of my current situation will my mom be allowed to co sponsor my fiancee; she has already co sponsor another immigrant for a visa? We are one big Filipino/American family our ethnicity is Filipino but citizenship are US except for my grandmother who refuse to be a US citizen. My mom meet way over the 125% of poverty level she is superintendent and has a house and a condo and her only dependent now is my 2 sisters who are 17 and 10, moms income is around the $90k-$100k I believe. Thanks guys for advance OBTW if you do not know my current situation well long story short I'm only 22 and fiancee is 20 we are expecting a baby, but before I met her I was in school and unemployed from 2010-2011 so I had NO income but now I do have a job as a social worker for homeless people and I'm only at $11.50/hour "entry level" I just started this job. anyways thanks guys in advance love to hear what you guys have to say anything will be appreciated and everyone is welcome to comment.

Your mom will have to declare any previously submitted affidavit(s) of support.

Based on the income you say your mom earns, she makes more than enough to co-sponsor, again.

Your aunt that your mom sponsored, she has never become a "public charge", correct?

Also, did your mom sponsor your "lola" when she immigrated to the U.S.?

Per our discusion last night you are worried as hell. I don't blame you. But, you might be worried to much.

By the time of her interview you will have paystubs showing well above the Poverty Lines for a family of 3. Also the job is "Entry Level" and a raise is possible as well, thus increasing your Annual Gross Income. As it stands now your Gross would be $23,500.00. Over Guildlines.

Now you come-up with a Rich Mom which is a Immediate Family Member. Thats up to the Counsulate to Approve that. You may not even need a Co-Sponsor but do it anyway.

The process takes time and you have time to prove Income. Your Mom would be allowed to Co-Sponsor on Income Requirements if they allow it.

With your New Job and a Co-Sponsor back-up like that I think you might be Frecking out.

One post indicated on your other thread, get married so a Co-Sponsor could be used. I agree. But I think your in a good position (much better) with the assurety to the Counsulate of your Mom just in Case.

You have a good solid position here. Keep the job and have mom be a Co.

Thanks and yeah I do worry too much about this but I just wanna make sure I am not missing anything its always good to stay prepared. As for the marriage thing that might take me awhile and cost more because I am supporting her while she is there so i would rather have them here so that i know the situation. My child would claim US citizenship but again i would have to fly there and take time off from work spend more money on the citizenship and maybe even pay a medical fee because the child would be considered illegitimate since we my fiancee and i are not married so i would have to prove that by blood test and from what i know and heard from my friend who also went through the same thing as i did with the child being born US citizen he spend nearly a $1000 not including his flights etc...so basically I would rather have them here so I know what I'm dealing with it's kinda hard when the other party is away. Again thanks for the advice and all I appreciate it.

I think you'll be fine in this case. if USEM was going to accept a co-sponsor, then your mother's income would work.

The math for depends for your mom are your sisters, the auntie she co-sponsored, and now your fiancee and of course herself, that what ? 5 Look up on the poverty guidelines for 5 people and that is the minimum amount she needs to make, you state she way exceeds the requirement so no worries... as long as the CO at the embassy will allow a co-sponsor. As you know that is determined with each case.
