Paying Visa Application Fee

My fiancee just received Packet 3 from the US Embassy in HCMC and I was wondering when it would be the best time to send her the money for the Visa application MRV fee?

There is something about Vietnamese woman which is why I married one. :-)

BTW - If you can, I strongly suggest you go to VN for interview. It couldn't hurt. Other members of the Vietnam forums will say the same thing.

Thanks for the compliment I'm planning on being there with her for the interview. Hopefully it won't be too much longer b/c like everyone else, I miss my SO very much!!
