OK - I'm all for getting the correct info out there. So simply saying, for example, "we met online" and then explaining how you met in person is all that is required? Sounds good to me

In my petition, I said my husband and I met online. At the consular window, he was asked specifically "which website".

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.

Ok. So here's what I'm getting from all the responses.... Definitely mention first in short how we first initially met then go on to describe circumstances where we have been together in the past 2 years... Got it.

Something like....

We met on xxx date at xxx place. Continued a relationship. Had a child together on xxx date at xxx place. Blah blah continued to keep separate households with fiancée and baby visiting often... Spent baby's first birthday together etc...

Ok so about out engagement .. It's more of a mutual agreement that we both came to after talking about it for years so there was no romantic setting down on one knee.... We're more practical and pretty much we both just decided it what we want to do...... How could I explain this??

You are looking into this with way too much detail. An engagement is an engagement, regardless of people kneeling down or giving you a ring. Your engagement date, should be the time you decided to get married.

Perfect! So I got 3 paragraphs 1 how we initially met. 1 how we developed long distance relationship and had baby and 1 describing a few circumstances we've been together that I have some proof of. I'm happy now
