hmm well thats a mess, but, how are you applying for citizenship, have you gone through any other immigration process? if so, why would you not finish the process? unless your wanting to move back to wherever you came from?

Are you considering separating/divorcing? If yes, I'd wait to file for citizenship until it's sorted one way or the other. There is no hurry to file, you can do so whenever you have your personal stuff sorted.

unless you go round telling everyone including USCIS then they will never know.

if you didnt want judging then maybe giving a bit of detail would of been wise

I am pregnant by another man. my husband knows about it and he is really mad.should i just not file for citizenship?what happens if uscis find out?

I can't see why USCIS would care if you're pregnant or not and who impregnated you. As long as you're married to a citizen and he doesn't plan on divorcing you...I don't see why it's the USCIS's business about maternity/paternity matters

Has she said what her residency status is?

I'm confused about what a pregnancy outside of marriage has to do with USCIS and her citizenship application.

Somone help me!!!!!!

Hasn't said from what I can see. But I think to answer her question for everyone, I don't believe your pregnancy has anything to do with immigration in any way, they really aren't looking at that, especially if your husband is not going to divorce you for it or anything like that.

You know what? You're absolutely right about that. I don't know you BUT when someone expose her/his privacy, so delicate and personal matters in a Public forum. Unfortunately, this happens. The way how you approached your question is hard not to be.

I was one of the smart azz repliers. My apologies, and good luck with your situation. I hope you find some direction on VJ, I sure have found alot.

I have found that the more details that are available to VJ members, the better advice and comments one gets. Good thoughts headed your way.

Filing an N-400 is up to you, if you have met the requirements to do so. USCIS is not to concerned with who impregnates you, that is an issue for you and your husband to deal with.
