What does it mean when NVC say their doing futher review

I want to know what it means when NVC say their doing further review on our case , they already assigned us a case number, and I want to know what is going on? Did anyone go through the same process before?

Met through a friend on Facebook

Visited Accra on June 26, 2011 ( For two weeks)

Sept 14, 2011 Mailed the petition express

Sept 16, 2011.................................... NOA 1

Feb 01,2012...................................... NOA 2

Ah, the dreaded NVC AP ("Additional Processing"). It means you're stuck at NVC for a while. Feel free to check our timeline: it was three weeks for us.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Oh ok ,they said they will mail it today or Monday , was just worried but I don't think that would be a problem at all , how long it's gonna take to get to Ghana?
