Don't bother tracking the package. I don't think it will tell you that it is your package specifically. Wait about 10-15 days after it was mailed and call

the Embassy first thing in the morning. I did this last week and it took me one phone call and 1 minute for her to check if it was there. Search the board

for the number and extention. You have to have the MNL# ready when the lady will ask for it.

This is my advice but others might disagree.

This could be your package but there's no way to know for sure it really is.

MNL# is for Manilla Embassy, Bismark case should go to the Accra Embassy so it should be a ACC#.

With regards to NVC this is my experience with them. I had a letter from them telling me my petition has been

processed and sent to USEM Accra. After that I actually got a letter from the embassy addressed to both my fiancee

and I telling her to come on any wednesday to pick up packet 3 and 4. This letter was sent to my address in the U.S.

so keep an eye open for something like that as well. I am sure she was mailed a copy in Ghana too

but you know in Ghana nobody delivers mail to home addresses. I scanned my letter and emailed it to her and she printed

it out and was that one to go to the embassy for packet 3 and 4. Also you can email the embassy and they might email you back

with that letter. Good luck.

i actually got that letter in Ghana. it took the letter about 10 to 14days to reach me. we also emailed them and they replied. it takes them about 3 weeks to reply to your emails, so if you want to email them, do it asap. actually do that now so that by the time they get to your email, your package will be there.

i agree with midge we never have received the package 3 and 4 from our original filing in 2009. What worked for us was this time, was finding the package 3 and 4 here completing it following the instructions here, providing the proper documents and mailing to NVC with the cover letter. Once we received our interview letter, it noted that they had everything and when arrived at the interview we only needed to provide the proof of relationship, no other documents were asked of us and the Embassy clearly had every piece of paper we had mailed to NVC.

We did not include a P.O BOX on the I-129F form since the form only asked for physical address.I am hoping I get an email or letter sent to my address because there is no way they can mail the letter to the physical address in Accra.
