Hi, my Feonce is filling out form I-864 for our visa interview. We have a co-sponsor but were worried if he makes enough money to get the visa approved. How much yearly income must he receive to be "good enough" to sponsor me. Thanks in advance

Make sure he is using the correct form. Generally the I-134 is used and not the I-864 unless the US embassy of the interviewing country requires the I-864 specifically.

Look at this chart link and look under 125% line for how many live in the house ( include the beneficiary in the house number. )

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You do not use the I-864 for a fiance(e) visa in Juarez. You need the I-134. The link for the amounts per household size was posted above.

You should check the instructions for a K-1 at Juarez: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/K1%20PACKET%20COMPLETE%20_July2011%20UPDATES_.pdf

This is the link we were provided. I'm confused

Your invitation letter from Juarez for a K-1 gave you that link? There has been a mistake if it did. That is for a spousal visa, not a K-1.

Follow the instructions from the link I posted above. That is for a K-1 visa interview. This is the Juarez consulate page for K-1 fiance(e) visa instructions and forms: http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

You should call or email the consulate in Juarez and let them know you received the wrong letter and info. You might need a new letter, since the invitation letter is required for your medical and interview.

=\ The letter we received gave us an online link that said we needed the I-864. Should we just fill them both out to be safe?

You need I-134. I made the same mistake last week. My fiancée filled out the I-864 and his visa was refused.good luck !!

Looks like they gave you a wrong link because that letter also requests you show them copies of YOUR marriage certificate also. Maybe contact the embassy and ask for correct link/info as embassy requirements do vary from country to country. But what they sent you is for a married couple.
