Vermont rec'd my waiver on Oct. 19/2011. When we submitted waiver, for CIMT 18 yrs ago, we submitted pretty well everything needed except a letter from psychologist because my husband, USC, only went to counselling, provided by fire dept he works for in early Jan and is now seeing a physchologist because his depression is affecting not only him but his job. We also have a 17 yr old that lives in the U.S with him, she wrote a letter inc. in my package as well. My biggest dilema right now is should I submit the letter now..or wait to see if Vermont request more evidence. I know this letter will strengthen our case but I heard they may deny me because Im submitting more info. I appreciate any input..Thank you :)
