My petition was received at the CSC on August 1, 2011 and I've yet to receive a NOA2 saying its approved.

I tried calling the 800 number but I dont know how to talk to a real person, just the operator man or (whatever it's called) where I listen to the prompts.

Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do?

Also what happens after the decision is made?

Please help, I just want to know if it's gonna take a lot longer before my husband gets his visa so that I can decide if I want to travel to see him or not.
