Hello everyone so i am preparing my K1 application and just realized she didn't put a name and address at the top of the fiance letter of intent form.

I'm assuming that its just a formality of letter writing that was left out by mistake, i mean her address is all over the other other forms being submitted but just wondering what you guys thought

The one she sent me has her real signature on it, but from what i understand she doesnt really need to sign it according to some memo that was passed so I am thinking of making another one for her in her behalf putting her name and address at the top and just sending that

What do you guys think? Am i just freaking out?

You are just freaking out. Its just a signed letter. Leave it as it is.

Signatures must be real signatures though.

Yes it has to be an original signature, but don't about the name and address info, as long as the body of the letter state your/her intent to marry within 90 days of entrying the USA, with original signatures, you will be fine.
