Thanks i have her passaport photo and letter of intent. But the 325a is what need to be fixed. Im talking to her as we speak and shes panicing because she doesnt know the dates she worked at her old job under the table. And she nervous if the embassy in her country doesnt find any record of her working at the jobs she states, and assume shes lieing. And if she was getting paid under the table, she told me what if she gets in trouble for not filing taxes in her country..But i keep telling her not to worry.

Business name, City, COUNTRY are all that is needed for employer address. Just provide the facts as best you know them.

Provide at least five years of history but give as accurate a date as possible. If you had the same job for 30 years, you would still put the correct start date and effectively show 30 years of history instead of five. Don't put a fictitious date, just because it happens to be five years ago. Be accurate.

For my employment history can i write USA for country instead of writting out united states? because the whole thing written down doesn't want to fit :(

You can abbreviate, as USA and use the correct two letter abbreviation for US States. Yes, your example is fine.

Me and my wife are going through the process of submitting our I-130 petition and I'm filling out the G-325A form. If I lived overseas for the past five years, do I need to fill out my job history, even though I was working outside the US? Thank you.
