Is there anyone in the March 2011 filler waiting for a response from USCIS???? My status still says received. I called about a month and i was told i was going to be schedule for an interview but the officer stated no interview date was set, she didnt see any. I am soo nervous and i dont know what else to do.

Please advise.

I filed in May. Still silent. I understand your frustration, but please calm down. I suggest you make an Infopass appointment with your local office to get further information there. Since you were told to have an interview, then your case must have been relocated to the local office. By the way, did you receive any letter to inform you that your case has been relocated or did you get any online update? Good luck.

hi i am too is a march 2011 filer..this application is affecting my health now, been to the doctor and said im so stress out thats why system got affected by it. We called them last Oct 2011, the person that i talked just repeated to me what i read on the uscis website..She said she will follow up a request for my application and told me to call rhem again after a month ?.. i didnt call them since then. i just look on tne website if they change it or what... maybe anytime this week we,ll call them once more... Its frustrating but theres nothng we can do but to wait no matter how so stressful we are., the ball is on their side now.. lets just hope for the best GOD will do the rest ! cross our finger tight till it breaks..hehehe just kidding

You guys need to ask the person you speak with, to transfer you to a level 2 Officer. The agent who answer your call sees nothing more than you see on the website. Get a case status update from a level 2 officer, and let us know what's going on.

Yes i will call today and ask for more details. I have receive anything from them.No letters nor emails, its been all verbal. Its been a year now since we sent the application and i havent not yet been resolved.

When you say your haven't received anything, do you mean you didn't even get your NOA1?!?!

I'm new to this, we haven't even filed yet!, but isn't that NOA1 the thing that makes your green card valid after the expiry date? Don't you need that doc to be walking around legally?

Ours was sent in April 2011. Got NOA a couple of weeks later that it was received and did not hear a thing until November 2011 when we received a RFE. Strange thing is, we moved in October 2011 and I changed our address on BOTH the USCIS site and the site where you have forms/documents(I-751) pending. About 4 weeks later received at new address RFE with a date to send it back by FEB 2012. Sent in Jan 2012 and still waiting.
