Current address for child

Ok so not sure what to put for current address for my daughter...

My fiancé and I have a daughter together and since she has been mainly living in the us.. All her drs. Are there and everything, my fiancé claims her on his taxes and everything.. But now she is in Canada with me pretty much until the k1 process is over, do I write my address in Canada since this is where she is currently? Or keep it her fathers address?

It's a bit confusing, I realize, now. I just want to do everything right.

Pretty sure I should put my address in Canada, but will that create problems in the future? I'm sure it could be easily explained if asked.

It's says current address, I am mostly guilty of what you are doing, over thinking stuff. Your situation is actually pretty straight forward. The section that asks for where the child was born and such clears everything up for the agent. They just want to know where the child is living at the time the application is being filed, now if they were trying to find out for tax purposes, then it would be complicated. Good luck at least your other half is not too far away.

VJ members if I am completely off, please feel free to correct me.

You got me pegged... I am a MUCHOO OVERTHINKER.... Thanks for clearing that up for me!

It felt like the right thing to, but wasn't sure... So great!!!

And I am pretty lucky that we're so close, but still it's so far... About a 7 hour drive...

Yes, you are lucky to be so close. For me it was a 14 plane flight followed by a 7 hour train ride. I cannot imagine others who need to go to really far off places.

Wow.. I feel for you that's tough!!!

.....one more question about present address... There's not enough room to type whole address!! Should I just put half of it like street address and city? Or what??
