Hi everyone. I understand that there`s a lot of post related to this but in my wife case its a little different since she has no vaccination records. My wife`s medical exam was taken in Pakistan and she was never handed the DS-3025 form. When she went to the doctor she was never asked about her vaccines nor was she issued one. Now how do we prove her vaccine status to the civil surgeon? She doesn`t have any vaccine records since her mom lost it a long time ago so I`m assuming that when we go for the Civil Surgeon she will need to get all of her vaccines? Is there any documentation that I should print out and show to the Civil Surgeon? While reading through the forum I noticed that most Civil Surgeons wont do a vaccine appointment only and will want to do the full medical again. Hopefully that wont be our case :-/

We just went through the search for a USCIS doctor. I looked through past VJ posts to find a doctor in Texas whose office personell actually understands the K1 process. Trouble is I live in DFW and I didn't find one that actually discussed what I needed over the phone. I did find one in Austin (250 miles away) at a free clinic that is open on Saturdays. I wound up using a knucklehead here in the DFW area and wish I would've driven to the office in Austin.

I believe we got it sorted out between my own physician's office stepping in and looking up the process on line and the USCIS doctor who only acepts cash?? Doesn't code for insurance??

I hope this helps. The bottom line is that if you find the doctor whose office is aware and openly discusses the process I think that will help alot.

Once she goes to the civil surgeon and gets the vaccines, they will fill out a form that they have in their office and give this to here. With the medical she had done along with this form from the civil surgeon, she will be all set. Make sure she brings the medical she had done to the civil surgeons office. Also, they cannot make you do medical. I have seen on here how many go to the local board of health office where they often provide certain vaccines. If she opted to get the vaccines here she would only need to get the vaccination record transcribed onto the necessary form - done by a civil surgeon - for a fee ranging from $100 - $400.

Dear All

My Application was filed under F4 Category in February 2002. Civil documents submitted in March 2011. NVC says that your case is placed on documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of VISA Number. if i want to check Cut of date from Visa bulletin Its all of sudden go back from January 2002 to January 2000 and current Cut of dates are October 2000.

Why this happen and how long it can take any body can update me in this regard

You may need to start your own thread for this Nomi it won't be answered well under someone else's thread. That way you will get all the answers you need about the priority dates etc.

Yes they only gave her the X-Ray. I have read similar issues of other Pakistanis dealing with this. Seems like we aren`t the only ones
