Hello everyone, I hope you all can enlighten me on what I should do best for my scenario/case.

I just recently got married, filed for AOS, got approved and I just received my GC in the mail.

Here is the thing:

I am a filipina, However i did NOT follow the dropping the middle name and putting the maiden surname that is usually the common practice in the Philippines as some of you may now. I did just kept my FIRST name, kept my MIDDLE name and then dropped my maiden surname and changed it to my husbands' last name. That was what reflected in our marriage certificate. So pretty much all that just changed for me was my maiden last name. Everything from my first name and my middle name stayed as is.

I applied for my SSN and i used that name still. My first name, my middle name and my new last name. I had no issues.

I applied for my military dependent card. I used my first name, my middle name and my new last name. I had no issues.

Went to the interview and the immigration officer was confused why i chose to keep my middle name and i did not use my maiden surname. I told her/him that ive been using my middle name ever since (marriage cert, mil id, and my ssn). She/He decided to OMIT my middle name to avoid confusion. So now my GREEN CARD only has my FIRST NAME and my LAST NAME.

Now, my question is this:

1) Should i go back to SSN and tell them to just drop my middle name so ill just have my FIRST name and LAST name? Is this doable/possible?

2) Passports in the PHilippines( I hope a Filipina/o would help me enlighten with this one). Should i just drop my middle name as well? Is this doable/possible? or should i expect that they will take my maiden surname and put it in my middle name? I am fearful that it might cause a discrepancy in my Green card which only showed my FIRST and LAST name.

3) THE MAJOR question. Should i just go with just a FIRST name and LAST name ORRRRR go through the possibilty that they will put my maiden surname and then ill redo all my paperwork? What should i do? ANy advice?

Please i need advice on this. This is just confusing because i opted to keep my middle name to avoid the hassle. and now this happens.

HELP.....
