AFTER 197 DAYS OUR NOA2 FINALLY CAME!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: I RECEIVED A TEXT WITH THE GREAT NEWS!!!!!!! Im a July 26th filer. They are coming guys, slowly but steady. I really hope this is the longest wait of the whole process, almost 200 days :wow:

Congratulations and my my fingers are crossed. I am a July 26th filer too....come on approval!!!!

Yes i have been able to be with my husband ever since we got married thankfully. I have to go to Juarez to present a waiver... then well be apart. :clock:

April 2008- Met in person at Friday's Restaurant for dinner

July 2008 - Dating

Nov 2008 - He proposed!

July 25th 2009 - I do! Best day of my life

USCIS

July 26th 2011 - USCIS received I-130 ( I hate that we waited a long time, i guess at least we wont have to remove conditions)

Feb 8th 2012 - APPROVED!!! (197 Days or 6 1/2 months from NOA1)

NVC

Feb 21st 2012- Assign case number (13 days from approval)

March 9th 2012-Packet IV sent to NVC

March 14th 2012-NVC closed my case in 3 DAYS!!! Waiting for interview date = Nerve wrecking

Consulate

March 16th 2012-Biometrics Appointment

May 17th 2012-Interview day!!!

May 18th 2012-Will see my family again after more than 10 years...

I am wondering and actually questioning the accuracy of the "rough estimates" graphs posted onto this website and I'm started to think they very misleading. How is it possible that we are barely seen approvals on I-130's @ CSC from end of July but the "Processing Times Graphs" for CR1/IR1 I-130's @ CSC states that "I-130's with NOA1 Date of roughly 101 days ago (October 30, 2011) are being processed". ... That is way off! to what is really happening.

I know it says somewhere that those estimates are calculated based on VJ members entries and their personal experiences, but what entries is the site referring to? ... Nobody that I have read so far with a NOA1 date of October has even been looked at. My point is:

"Why bother putting misleading estimates and graphs into this website to make people believe something that is not true?"

Thank you everybody!!!!!!! And yes i did check on the website. The text only said that your case was updated. So then I ran to the computer to check and it said it was approved! I also got the email, the email did say i was approved as well. I got it a little after 6.p.m. central time. And the lady at USCIS said they update their processing times every 15th, but your case on the website should be automatic.

Congrats just a day behind me.
